About our Bed & BreakfastIf you appreciate experiencing nature in a true country setting, then Wood-land Haven is the place for you. Surrounded by woods with open spaces around my log house encircled with gardens, this tranquil peaceful setting is very special.A separate area contains a den, bedroom with a double bed, and private bathroom. It is very airy and bright, with a large window facing woods and gardens and a double door leading to the outside. Winter time is magical, and those who enjoy snowshoeing can delight in trails right on the property. Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary is 7km away with trails for both winter and summer enjoyment. Snowmobile trails are close by as well. Summer time is even more active in the delightful town of Rosseau. It has a lovely park with beach and boat launching, and a farmers market every Friday. There is an excellent restaurant in Rosseau, as well as a specialty coffee shop with internet access. Of course, Huntsville is a 20-minute drive away, and has a multitude of features and attractions. |
