About our Bed & BreakfastStroll the tree-lined streets to Bethune House, Muskoka Wharf, Steamboat Cruises, and the Heritage Centre. Swim at one of Muskoka's public beaches. Visit the Farmer's Market every Wednesday. Drive, or ride the train - Three Twenty B&B is just blocks away from the Train Station ... we'll pick you up at the station. BREAKFAST between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. is included: You'll find fresh brewed coffee in the dining room after 8 a.m. along with cereal, seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt and fruit juices. We also prepare a delicious hot breakfast with baked goodies. We are a short stroll to many fine dining experiences and we will be happy to reserve a table for you. Check out one of some favourites: North Restaurant and Lounge ; Regatta Steak & Seafood Grille ; Boston Pizza at Muskoka Wharf
During our Prime Summer Season, we prefer two night bookings on weekends. We accept last minute single night bookings when available.

Our 1870's Bay Street room with tall four-poster queen bed has luxurious white linens and a lovely bay window draped in lace. It is equipped with a table for two, a coffee maker, Flat screen TV, Blue-ray DVD. The large three piece ensuite includes a walk-in shower with glass door.
Our Secret Passage and Twin bed rooms are separated by a staircase landing and a full bath. We prefer renting both as a two room suite for 4 people traveling together, sharing the bath. However, occasionally, either room may be reserved seperately with the Private Bath. Prices shown below reflect rooms with Private Bath.- We have 3 guest bedrooms

| Directions: From Toronto, take Highway 400 north to Barrie and then Highway 11 North to Gravenhurst. Exit at Bethune Drive and stay left onto Muskoka Road. Continue to the third set of lights. Turn left onto Bay Street (left at Post office) We are two blocks down on the Right. Bay Street eventually turns into highway 169. | ||||||
