About our Bed & BreakfastOur home in located in Gravenhurst, THE GATEWAY TO MUSKOKA! We are located just outside of the downtown area in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Muskoka. Our home was built in 1974 and was built with many windows so you can see many wonderful views from each window. We moved to our home in 1985 and have made a number of changes to the look of our home. In 1990 we added an addition (Granny Flat) to the side of our home. It is 1000 sq. ft. and is part of our B&B business. People love to stay in the flat for extended lengths of time, so we rent it by the week or for a minimum of 2 nights. It is completely furnished and completely private. Our other 2 rooms are in the main house which has air conditioning. These rooms share a bathroom and have full access to our Family Room and Muskoka Room. The Family Room has a TV (ExpressVu) and the Muskoka Room (all glass with sliding door) has comfortable furniture, a fridge and a hot tub. Nature is everywhere around our home. Fishing, birdwatching (a large variety of birds), water animals (beavers, muskrats, etc.) and of course a beautiful sandy beach across the road. It is a beautiful location with lots of things to see and do. We now have Wireless Internet Available. We are gardeners and enjoy shade and sun gardens for flowers as well as a vegetable garden and a herb garden. Breakfast will be served, for our Twin and Queen rooms, in our dining room overlooking the Hoc Roc River. Breakfast includes a number of selections and will be served at 8:30AM or 9:00AM and by request at an earlier time. Lynch's B & B is open May 1st - Nov. 1st or by special request. * Communities in Bloom Daisy Award winner for beautiful gardens and landscaping. *Use our canoe or paddleboat to explore the Hoc Roc River or Lake Muskoka. QUEEN ROOM: Small and cozy room with a queen size bed and shared bathroom - $80.00/night (full breakfast) TWIN ROOM: This larger, very bright room with two single beds/king bed and shared bathroom has a great view that overlooks the water. - $90.00/night (full breakfast) LUXURY QUEEN: Completely private flat with Queen size bed and ensuite bath, fireplace, screened in porch, TV & VCR and kitchen - Muskoka Getaway for adults - $175/night (2 night minimum) with a full breakfast or $950/week (Phone for more information) . |

| Directions: From the south exit off Highway 11N, into Gravenhurst. Follow Bethune Drive, turn left on Winewood, right on Muskoka Beach Road. It's a 5 minute / 4.2km drive to the bridge and Lynch's B&B is on the right after the bridge. If you are coming from the north, exit off Highway 11S, into Gravenhurst. Follow Bethune Drive, turn right on Winewood and then the first right on Muskoka Beach Rd. It is a 5 minute drive or 4.2Km to the Hoc Roc River Bridge. The first house on your right after the bridge is Lynch's B&B. | ||||||
